Refund & Cohort Deferral Policy.
Fair, transparent guidelines for self-paced enrolments, live practitioner cohorts, and enterprise seat allocations.
We design our programmes for working professionals whose schedules and responsibilities can occasionally shift. This policy outlines our refund windows, cohort deferral options, and seat transfer rules across every learning format.
1. Webdrills Self-Paced Programmes
Individual enrolments in Webdrills Self-Paced programmes are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that fewer than 20% of the programme modules have been completed and no official certificate or Pro Certified examination has been issued.
Once a graded certification assessment has been attempted or a verified credential has been generated on the registry, the enrolment is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
2. Webdrills Live Practitioner Cohorts
Because Webdrills Live cohorts cap enrollment at 25 to 35 participants to preserve mentor review ratios, refund requests must be submitted before the second live session of the cohort—or within 7 calendar days of cohort commencement, whichever comes first.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, without administrative penalty.
3. One-Time Cohort Deferral for Working Professionals
If an urgent work deployment, medical event, or family commitment prevents you from continuing a live cohort after the refund window closes, you may request one complimentary deferral to the next scheduled intake of the same track prior to the midpoint of the cohort.
Your completed lab submissions and rubric progress are preserved and carried forward into the new cohort intake.
4. Enterprise Seat Substitutions & University Collaborations
Enterprise L&D sponsors may substitute nominated participants at no additional cost up to 48 hours before a cohort kicks off, or reassign unused self-paced seats in accordance with their master services agreement.
For programmes delivered in collaboration with partner universities, fee schedules, withdrawal deadlines, and refund procedures follow the terms published in the joint programme brochure and governing institutional agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund or Deferral
