Terms of Use & Credential Policy.
Clear standards governing programme participation, assessment integrity, institutional collaborations, and public credential verification.
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Webdrills website, programme catalogues, credential verification registry, and institutional partnership services. By using this website or participating in a Webdrills programme, you agree to the standards set out below.
1. Credential Governance & University Collaboration Policy
Webdrills Self-Paced, Webdrills Live, and Webdrills Certified programmes are industry skill-development programmes designed for practical career capability. They are not statutory university degrees.
Webdrills never describes a programme as university-accredited or a statutory UGC degree merely because it is delivered in collaboration with an academic institution. University names, emblems, and co-branded University Credentials are displayed and issued strictly when formally authorised by a signed institutional agreement.
2. Assessment Integrity & DrillBot Exam Lock
Webdrills Certified, Pro Certified, and University Credentials represent verified individual competence. During graded certification assessments and capstone evaluations, our AI study companion (DrillBot) automatically enters Academic Integrity Lock mode and withholds direct answers or code solutions.
Submitting plagiarised work, misrepresenting identity during an evaluation, or attempting to circumvent assessment sandboxes is grounds for immediate disqualification and revocation of any associated credential on the public verification registry.
3. Truth in Outcomes & No Guaranteed Employment Claims
Webdrills provides structured instruction, deliberate hands-on practice, practitioner mentorship, and verifiable project portfolios. While our programmes are engineered to build job-ready competence, employment outcomes depend on individual performance, prior experience, and market conditions.
Webdrills strictly prohibits guaranteed placement or guaranteed salary claims across all marketing materials, faculty communications, and campus initiatives. Recognition inside Webdrills challenges and sprints is awarded solely for verified skill milestones.
4. Curriculum Licensing & Acceptable Use
All course syllabi, video briefings, practice lab scenarios, and assessment rubrics published by Webdrills and its faculty are protected by copyright. Programme access is licensed for individual use or for the specific seat allocation defined in an enterprise or university agreement.
Learners retain ownership of original capstone portfolios they author, while granting Webdrills a limited licence to display selected work only if the learner explicitly enables public visibility on their Skill Passport.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Webdrills provides its website and informational materials on an "as-is" basis and makes every effort to ensure accuracy across programme specifications. Institutional partnerships, custom enterprise cohorts, and university co-delivery programmes are governed by the specific master services agreement or memorandum of understanding executed between the parties.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
